The Wien Desk/Console Table and Tray were designed as a major and minor piece miniature collection, which features three materials in harmony with each other: wood (white oak & purpleheart), aluminum, and casted resin. The pieces were inspired by objects from the Viennese Secession, specifically those co-created by Viennese Jews who used aesthetics, symbols, and ornamentation as tools of self-identification and resilience.

The slim proportions, measuring 20 inches by 54 inches by 30 inches, allow users to use the table as a desk or console table and catch-all or serving tray respectively.
